Technology – I have worked in several technology industries, including mobile phones, consumer eletronics, various software platforms, programming languages, IT systems, semiconductors, and hardware.

Real Estate - I have worked with several realtors over the years. I truly believe that the web has given a great advantage to individual realtors. I also know that many realtors have yet to start really understanding and using the technology.

Health and Self-Help - One of the few industries touted as ‘recession-proof’ the healthcare industry suffers from great mistakes in marketing.

Outdoors (Camping, Boating, Fishing, etc.) – I have a great interest in outdoor life and have been active on the water all of my life. I am also currently involved in efforts for a national marine conservation group. 

Music – I once made a living as a musician. I now help bands and artists use technology to build up a fan base. 

Marketing – Even before completing my MBA, I took on a role as a marketer. I believe my time is better spent as a marketer than a technologist. I believe that marketing is the fundamental role in a company these days. If you don’t have a solid marketing department, you are going to struggle with the business.

Social Media – Social media is the latest incarnation in the marketing world. It is a direct result of technology changes, communication changes, and changes in demographics.

White Papers – I have authored many white papers over the years. I believe them to be one of the most important aspects of your marketing campaign.

Politics – Politics is the next frontier to use technology. With the advent of social media and direct communication, savy politicians can reach their constituency immediately and directly. Technology will have a profound effect on the political industry.

Cloud Computing – Cloud computing is the next generation computing platform to hit the industry.

Finance / Valuation – I have experience in both diagnosing businesses as well as the financial services industries.
